2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this contract covers the sale and delivery of products or services ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER 's website and the regulations regarding the rights and obligations of the parties.

The contract has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation .

The basic characteristics of the products are presented to the BUYER for review and approval at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery Conditions

1. Ordered products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within 3 business days after payment confirmation is received.

2. The delivery of the products will not exceed a legal period of 30 days . In case of force majeure, this period may be extended and the BUYER will be informed.

3. Shipping costs are covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated. In return processes, domestic shipping costs belong to the SELLER , and international return costs belong to the BUYER .

Force Majeure

If delivery is delayed due to natural disasters, pandemics, transportation interruptions, strikes, etc., the SELLER shall immediately notify the BUYER of this situation. The BUYER has the following rights in this case:

• Cancel the order,

• Replacement with a similar product,

• Requesting an extension of the delivery period until the obstacle is lifted.

5. Payment Terms

1. BUYER agrees to pay for the product/service with the payment method chosen during the order.

2. In payments made by credit card, the interest and other costs applied by banks are the responsibility of the BUYER .

3. SELLER does not deliver the product until payment is completed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Period of Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

6.2. Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:

• Products specially prepared for personal needs.

• Products that cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. opened food, cosmetics).

• Products that are perishable or at risk of expiration.

6.3. Use of the Right of Withdrawal

• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via written notification (e-mail, registered mail).

• After the notice of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete, undamaged and in its original packaging with the invoice, if any.

6.4. Return and Refund Conditions

1. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days from the date the notification of withdrawal reaches the SELLER .

2. During the return, the BUYER will not be charged for shipping costs. However, if a different carrier is preferred, the cost belongs to the BUYER .

7. SELLER'S Obligations

1. SELLER is obliged to deliver the products intact, complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with warranty documents, if any.

2. If the order cannot be fulfilled, this will be notified to the BUYER within 3 days and the payment will be refunded within 14 days .

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

In all disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services are authorized.

10. General Provisions

1. BUYER accepts that he/she has read and approved the contract and preliminary information form before placing the order.

2. SELLER is not responsible for delays that may occur due to missing or incorrect information from the BUYER .
