Delivery Conditions

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) at the latest after payment confirmation is received. Delivery time may vary depending on the region where the order is sent and delivery is usually made within 1-3 business days.

Stock Status and Delivery Time

• If the ordered products are not in stock, sales of the relevant products are stopped and no new orders are taken. Therefore, only products that are in stock can be ordered.
• Delivery is made within the promised period (maximum 30 days) from the date of receipt of the order. If the delivery exceeds this period, the customer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded if requested.

Order Confirmation

• After your order is completed, you will be sent an order confirmation email. This email contains the details of your order and information about the products you purchased.

• Deliveries are not made on public holidays and public holidays.

Returns and Cancellations

• For your requests for return or cancellation of products received, you can follow the procedures specified on our "Cancellation and Return Policy" page.
• In case of returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the relevant shipping costs are covered by us.
