How to Make Yogurt Soup with Collagen Meatballs?

Materials
•200g minced meat
•1 tea glass of fine bulgur
•1 onion (grated)
•Salt, black pepper, dried mint
•2 cups of yoghurt
•1 egg
•2 teaspoons of flour
•2 scoops of Kiperin Collagen
•2 liters of boiling water
•Oil

•2 cloves of garlic
•Butter
•Tomato paste

How to make
Knead the minced meat, grated onion, spices and fine bulgur thoroughly, then prepare small round meatballs.
Fry the meatballs in hot oil in a deep pan. Then pour 2 liters of boiling water over them and boil the meatballs on low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with the egg and flour and add 1 ladle of boiling water to the yogurt and let it cool down so that the soup does not curdle. Then slowly add the yogurt mixture to the soup and stir. Bring to a boil again, remove the soup from the stove and add 2 scoops of collagen supplement and crushed garlic.
 
For the topping;
Mix the tomato paste with butter and add mint. Pour over the soup and serve. Enjoy!
