🌙 Dietician Serra Uyar's Collagen Breakfast Cereal Recipe to Keep You Full at Sahur!


Materials:
🥣 5 dates
🥣 2 cups of oat flour
🥣 2 teaspoons of cocoa
🥣 2 scoops of Kiperin Classic Collagen
🥣 3 teaspoons of olive oil
🥣 1 egg

Specification:
✔Remove the pits from the dates and chop them into small pieces.
✔Crack the egg into a bowl, add the dates, cocoa, collagen, olive oil and oat flour.
✔Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough.
Take hazelnut sized pieces from the mixture and shape them.
✔Place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes.
✔After it comes out of the oven, you can enjoy it by adding your favorite seasonal fruit and milk to make it more filling.
