Ingredients for Collagen Blueberry Fit Brownie:

  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 90 gr dark chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 1 cup oat flour or almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 scoops of Kiperin Purple Collagen

How to Make Kiperin Purple Collagen Blueberry Brownie?

  • Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.
  • Grease the base and sides of a 20 cm square cake tin with a little soft butter and cut a piece of baking paper so that it hangs slightly over the base.
  • Melt the dark chocolate completely using a bain-marie (chocolate melted in a glass or metal bowl over simmering water) or in the microwave, stirring in 30-second intervals. Set the melted chocolate aside to cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Slowly add the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, almond milk (or water), vanilla extract, and melted chocolate while continuing to mix. Mix well to ensure all liquid ingredients are incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix oat flour or almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and Kiperin Purple Collagen. Slowly add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous dough. The mixture should have a thick and creamy consistency.
  • Add white chocolate chips, if desired, to the dough and mix.
  • Pour the brownie dough you have prepared onto a greased or waxed paper-lined baking tray and smooth it out with a spatula.
  • Arrange the blueberries on top of the brownie that we poured into the mold.
  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. At the end of the baking time, test with a toothpick; if it comes out slightly moist but not batter-free, your brownie is done. The blueberries will add some moisture to the batter, so the brownie may not be too dry in the middle; this is to be expected.
  • Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Slice it after it has cooled completely.

Now you can serve! Soft, chocolatey and fruity, this brownie will be a healthy and delicious dessert option. Enjoy! 🍫🫐
