A Great Recipe for Ramadan from Dietician Betül Boztepe!

I came up with a practical and delicious smoothie recipe that will keep you full for a long time during Ramadan! 🙌🏻✨
Even though it is an egg breakfast plate, it is a great alternative for breakfast. It is both healthy and practical! 💛

Ingredients 🍹 :

  • 1 glass of plain kefir (200 ml)
  • Half a banana 🍌
  • 2 dried dates
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1 scoop Kiperin Classic Collagen
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal 🌾

Preparation:

You can put all the ingredients in the food processor and enjoy! 🩷
If you prepare it in advance and let it sit for a while, its consistency becomes like pudding. You can also prefer it that way 🍮
