How to Make Vegetable Gratin in the Oven with Kiperin Collagen?
- Wash and slice the vegetables. Place the sliced zucchini, eggplant, carrots and peppers on a baking tray.
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper and cook the vegetables in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
